Qualificações

• 7+ years of project management experience in a matrix environment across multiple medium/high complexity projects.
• 2–4 years of experience leading teams.
• 5+ years of experience in software or systems testing.
• Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships.
• Experience managing SDLC projects using an iterative methodology.
• Proven leadership in multi-company, cross-functional projects.
• Analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, risk, quality, and reporting.
• Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale programs from planning through execution and completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resources.
• Monitor program performance, resolve issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Support vendor selection processes, including RFI/RFP activities.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional and matrixed teams to achieve program objectives.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, and business goals are achieved.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Develop contingency plans and provide leadership recommendations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and business leaders.
• Drive alignment, prioritization, and decision-making across program initiatives.
• Oversee program financials, contract management, and vendor performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and change control processes.
• Track and communicate program metrics, status updates, and lessons learned.
• Manage resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet SOWs.

We are looking for a Program Manager who wants to learn and transform his career.

Requirements:

• Advanced/Fluent English;
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Program Management Professional (PgPM) certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience managing multiple medium/high complexity projects in a matrix resource environment, working with diverse project sponsors across multiple organizations.
• 2 to 4 years of experience leading teams.
• 5+ years of experience in software or systems testing.
• Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships.
• Experience managing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects using an iterative methodology preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of PMI based project management competency areas and methodologies and experience applying these methods to manage successful projects.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-company, cross-functional teams and/or projects.
• Analytical skills are required to effectively manage activities related to budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control, and reporting.
• Proven ability and determination to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and experience, leveraging these skills to interact with all levels of management.
• Effective interpersonal skills required to develop and maintain system-wide and external relationships.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
