Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Program Controller is responsible for the financial aspects of one or several programs. Responsibilities include ensuring data reliability, compliance with controlling procedures and Golden Rules, securing business plan and contractual offer consistency, supporting profitability improvement actions, highlighting program cash status, monitoring cash curve, proposing action plans to meet cash targets, challenging upfront levels and payment methods, providing financial communication to core teams, updating business plans, preparing forecast/budget inputs, providing loss-to-completion inputs, delivering monthly or quarterly financial inputs for program dashboards, and transferring business plan cost data source to plants from Gate 2.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering.
- Professional Experience: 3‑5 years of practical experience in controlling or finance.
- Skills and competencies:
- High affinity for IT and experience with SAP R/3.
- Confident and experienced with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Very good written and spoken English (Fluent/Advanced).
- Careful, independent, and structured work style.
- Distinct analytical skills and goal orientation.
- Initiative and commitment, including continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle conflicts.
