Charterhouse Resources is seeking a QA/Manufacturing Associate to perform product testing, troubleshooting, and rework to ensure production readiness. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, supporting RCA, and collaborating with Engineering and QA teams to resolve problems.

You will support continuous improvement while upholding manufacturing, safety, and quality standards in a cleanroom environment and rotating day/night shifts. OT may be required as needed.

Qualificações

• Cleanroom environment experience preferred.
• Able to work on rotating Day/Night shifts and OT.
• Basic experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, or troubleshooting.

About the role:

• Up to ~$2,900–$3,000/month (including shift allowance & OT)
• AWS + Quarter Bonus
• Company Transport Provided Islandwide
• Mon- Fri (Rotating Shift Day / Night)

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Able to work on rotating shifts (Day/Night) and overtime when required.
• Basic experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, or troubleshooting is preferred.
