Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Veterinary, Production Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry.
• Proficiency in English is desirable and considered a plus.
• Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel).

Role Responsibilities at Banvit BRF

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and facilitate quality discussions.
• Participate in decision-making for corrective actions and oversee reporting of process issues.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate results; coach and discipline team members.
• Manage KPIs, analyze unmet targets, and optimize line performance and resource usage.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and documented.
• Ensure employees are trained appropriately, and training is documented.
