Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD in Brazil (Northern region) is seeking a manufacturing technician to perform wafer and die testing on designated platforms, and to carry out die sorting in alignment with production schedules and SOPs.

The role requires following strict procedures, maintaining 6S standards in the fabrication area, and reporting any abnormalities promptly. Candidates should have a technical background and be willing to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Background in engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, electronics or related technical field.
• Experience in wafer testing, die testing, die sorting, or cleanroom production is advantageous.
• Ability to follow SOPs, production schedules, quality requirements and cleanroom protocols.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts, with overtime when required.
• Responsible, cooperative, safety-conscious, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct die testing on designated testing platforms to meet production requirements and quality standards.




• Carry out die sorting activities according to work instructions and production schedules.




• Follow manufacturing procedures, safety requirements and cleanroom protocols, including wearing the required cleanroom suit.




• Maintain 6S standards, including sorting, setting in order, shining, standardising, sustaining and safety, within the fabrication area.




• Monitor work processes and report abnormalities, equipment issues or quality concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Job Requirements

• Preferably possess a background in engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, electronics or a related technical field.




• Relevant experience in wafer testing, die testing, die sorting or cleanroom production is an advantage.




• Able to follow standard operating procedures, production schedules, quality requirements and cleanroom protocols.




• Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts, and perform overtime when required.




• Responsible, cooperative and safety-conscious, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
