Job summary

Kanry Search in the North Area is seeking a technician to join the semiconductor manufacturing team. The role focuses on wafer testing, die testing, and die sorting on scheduled timelines, while maintaining 6S standards for a clean, safe Fab environment.

The candidate should have at least a diploma or higher in science or engineering and be proficient with Windows OS and MS Office. Prior Fab experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or higher education in Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Prior experience in a semiconductor Fab environment (6-inch / 8-inch) preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct die testing on the die platform as per schedule.
• Carry out die sorting on the sorting platform as per schedule.
