Job summary

As a remote contractor, you’ll own design direction, build evolving design systems, and contribute to exploring new AI use cases while working in a flexible CET-friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean UI design for software platforms (B2B or B2C).
• Deep proficiency with Figma (must-have).
• Solid understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience working independently in remote, agile environments.
• Comfortable managing end-to-end design work with autonomy.

Job Title: Product UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote (CET Time Zone)

Salary Range: up to 4500 USD/month, depending on experience and benefits structure.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET), (flexible, with occasional early LATAM mornings)

You'll work closely with the product and engineering teams to design beautiful, functional products, both for client engagements and internal tools. As you grow with the company, you'll take on more ownership of design direction and help explore and prototype new ideas for emerging AI use cases.
