Purpose

We own the end‑to‑end engineering impact – powering over 50 dynamic brands across Latin America and Europe through cutting‑edge 3DS authentication, scheme connections, and cross‑functional innovations.

What you’ll do

• You help establish company wide technical standards and share best practices
• Deliver large, cross‑team/cross‑domain projects and initiatives
• Own products and services end‑to‑end, from requirements till deployment in our production systems
• Collaborate and grow in a dynamic and autonomous environment while working in small, agile and cross‑functional teams
• Be the technical lead of a team, and shape its culture and ways of working. Common practices include agile methodologies, pair and mob programming
• Use the latest technologies to solve real problems for our customers at a massive scale

Requirements

Technical Expertise

Deep hands‑on experience in backend engineering, with strong proficiency in Java (or other general‑purpose programming languages) and a solid grasp of clean code principles.

System Design

A proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high‑availability products and microservices that drive meaningful business value.

Cloud Infrastructure

Strong familiarity with cloud‑native environments – preferably AWS (or comparable experience with Azure/GCP) – including containerized deployments and cloud workflows.

Problem‑Solving

Excellent analytical skills with a knack for breaking down complex technical challenges into practical, maintainable solutions.

Communication

Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate technical ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across a diverse team.
