What we are looking for

1. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner.
2. Strong background in utilizing metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to drive decision-making and measure product success.
3. Knowledge of building SaaS products.
4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
5. Understanding of product support processes and prioritization.
6. Project management experience to meet deliverables on time and budget.
7. Knowledge of requirements gathering and user story writing.
8. Experience with software architecture for products and solutions.
9. Proficiency with SDLC tools like Jira, GitHub, Travis CI, Zendesk.
10. Excellent communication skills, able to facilitate meetings and present findings clearly.
11. Strong written and verbal English skills.
12. Knowledge of UI/UX best practices is a plus.
13. Attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
14. Energetic, positive attitude, quick learner, team player.
