This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Liderança de Design de Produtos (UX Product Designer) based in Brazil.

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Product Designer to lead product design initiatives and create intuitive, impactful digital experiences. In this role, you will oversee the design process from discovery and research through prototyping, validation, and final handoff. You will work closely with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to translate business objectives into innovative, user-centered solutions. By combining design excellence, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making, you will help shape product direction and improve user satisfaction. You will also serve as a technical reference for the design team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end product design projects, from discovery and problem definition to interface design, prototyping, validation, and final handoff to development teams.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making with stakeholders, translating business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into feasible, innovative design solutions.
• Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that align with product requirements, usability standards, and user expectations.
• Facilitate user-centered design processes, including journey mapping, discovery activities, hypothesis development, and solution validation.
• Organize and oversee design workflows, prioritizing activities, resources, and deadlines to ensure efficient execution and high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and other multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and aligned with product strategy.
• Act as a technical reference for the design team, sharing knowledge, promoting best practices, and supporting the professional development of other designers.
• Define, monitor, and analyze user experience metrics and product performance indicators to evaluate design effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide design decisions, validate assumptions, and continuously improve the overall product experience.
• Promote consistency across digital experiences by applying UX/UI principles, design standards, and user-centered methodologies throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in product design, with demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives from discovery through delivery and implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Solid knowledge of user experience (UX), user interface (UI), usability principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Proven experience conducting discovery processes, mapping user journeys, identifying user needs, and validating design solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements, user insights, and technical constraints into effective product design strategies and intuitive interfaces.
• Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for development handoff.
• Strong analytical skills and experience defining, tracking, and interpreting user experience metrics and product success indicators.
• Ability to make informed, data-driven design decisions and use performance insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design rationale, influence stakeholders, and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to coordinate workflows, manage deadlines, and balance competing project needs.
• Demonstrated technical leadership or experience serving as a design reference for colleagues, encouraging knowledge sharing and the adoption of design best practices.
• A strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering accessible, intuitive, and high-quality user experiences.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining alignment with team priorities and broader product objectives.
