Job summary

Amber seeks a senior product designer to own end-to-end design for core modules that handle costly decisions such as costing, supplier conversations, and freight bookings. You will translate dense workflows into intuitive interfaces, evolve the Amber design system, and run discovery with operators to inform design choices.

You should have 5+ years designing complex software products, a strong portfolio, and fluency in Figma with frontend literacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex software products for B2B or data-heavy tools.
• A portfolio showing shipped work, systems thinking, and typography.
• Fluency in Figma and enough front-end literacy to design with real constraints.
• Experience pairing closely with engineering through delivery, not handoff.
• Portuguese and English working proficiency.

• A portfolio showing shipped work, systems thinking, and strong typography.
• Fluency in Figma and enough front-end literacy to design with real constraints.
• Experience pairing closely with engineering through delivery, not handoff.
• Portuguese and English working proficiency.
