Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead complex negotiations, design category strategies, and manage supplier relationships in Brazil. The role focuses on optimizing costs, risk management, and long-term value creation within a regulated operating environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in strategic procurement and experience driving cost reductions across diverse supplier bases.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or completed postgraduate studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-complexity negotiations autonomously with cost analyses, risk assessments, supplier engagement and alignment with internal stakeholders to secure the best commercial and operational conditions.
• Independently develop and implement category and sourcing strategies, supplier management programs and medium-to-long-term cost reduction initiatives, including projects to develop new suppliers and innovations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, tax rules, insurance, financial, ESG, internal policies and safety standards relevant to the sector.
• Proactively propose and develop procurement documentation together with the business area. Prepare and analyze comparative proposal matrices, schedules, cash-flow plans, cost and price breakdowns, and provide monitoring and support to Contract Management with proposals for continuous improvement.
• Propose, develop and ensure the management of performance indicators through recurring analyses, structured reporting and deviation assessments, supporting decision-making and driving preventive and corrective actions aligned with business objectives.
