We are seeking a team member for our AMERICAS region based in Campinas, Brazil.

Job Purpose:

Execute sourcing activities, including contractual management and total category management, ensuring compliance and alignment with business requirements regarding pricing and quality.

Your tasks:

1. Manage Facilities Management Category
2. Oversee Contract Management
3. Apply Sourcing methodology
4. Analyze and implement Cost Reduction initiatives based on global targets
5. Manage KPIs at global, regional, and local levels
6. Support DHL Business Units in Brazil
7. Conduct Supplier Management (SRM), including risk analysis
8. Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with suppliers
9. Ensure compliance with relevant policies across units
10. Assist in launching new operations within the category
11. Collaborate with international teams to share best practices
12. Occasional travel within OPS and DHL Brazil bases
13. Monitor procurement KPIs at various levels

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
• Over 5 years of procurement experience
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to build and maintain supplier and internal relationships
• Provide advice on specifications and support internal customers
• Contribute to regional and global sourcing strategies
• Ability to explain policies, practices, and facts clearly
• Develop a broad network to enhance organizational and market knowledge
