Amazon Inc. is seeking a Site Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations at the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Brazil. You will bridge Global Procurement with site leadership, owning vendor management, PO management, and inventory oversight.

You will supervise a 30-person team, drive cost optimization, negotiate with vendors, oversee P2P, and coordinate with Finance on budgets while ensuring safety and compliance. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Experience in Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, and/or Shipping Supplies.
• Proficient with Excel and analytical tools ( pivots, V-Lookups ).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in team leadership and in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.

Responsabilités

• Control inventory and packaging materials forecasting.
• Lead local vendor negotiations and relationship management.

• Partner with Finance on budgets.
• Manage facilities services contracts (janitorial, utilities, etc.).
• Ensure vendor SLA compliance through KPI monitoring.
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews through weekly audits.

Procurement and Facility Manager, Site Procurement Operation

As a Site Procurement Manager (SPM) for the Amazon Fulfillment Center, you will serve as the bridge between Global Procurement and the site leadership. You will own the site's procurement responsibilities, including vendor management of services and goods, purchase order management, and inventory management.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead a team of 30 people, and guarantee safety and compliance on their activities.

A day in the life

Work is done in a warehouse environment that requires frequent walking around the building.

Due to the interaction with Global Teams, English is a mandatory Basic Qualification.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Experience in the following procurement domains: Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, and/or Shipping Supplies
• Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and analytical platforms, including but not limited to the ability to analyze data using pivots and V-Lookups
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience in team leadership
• Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
