Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with >10 years or Master's >7 or PhD >5 in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in Semiconductor Reliability, NAND Technology, and Electrical Failure Analysis.
• In-depth background in NAND Design, Device Physics, Circuits, Process, Test, Validation.
• Experience with AI tools and data analysis tools (Python, JMP, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional projects and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess product reliability and prevent escapes.
• Perform high-volume statistical data analysis to evaluate reliability risks and trends.
• Drive electrical failure analysis, including advanced characterization, to find root causes and solutions.
• Develop short-term countermeasures using stresses and screens based on device physics and circuit concepts.
• Qualify the product with innovative controls to ensure best-in-class reliability.
• Collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology, NAND Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.

Role Overview

As a NAND Reliability Product Engineer, you will be responsible for defining, evaluating, and safeguarding the Extrinsic/Intrinsic reliability of Micron’s NAND Flash products. You will work hands‑on with large‑scale data analysis, electrical failure analysis, and cross‑functional teams to ensure robust product reliability and prevent escapes to customers.

This role offers deep technical ownership at the intersection of device physics, circuits, process technology, and product engineering, with strong visibility across development and manufacturing organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess product reliability performance and prevent extrinsic/intrinsic reliability escapes.

• Perform high‑volume statistical data analysis to evaluate NAND DPM/ intrinsic reliability risks and trends.

• Drive electrical failure analysis, including advance characterization, to identify root causes and solution spaces.

• Develop short‑term countermeasures such as targeted stresses and screens, applying knowledge of digital/analog circuits, device physics, and process engineering.

• Qualify the product with innovative control measures to provide best in Class DPM and Cell reliability.

• Collaborate closely with Fab, NAND Technology, NAND Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams to develop solutions and enable shipment of high‑quality end products.

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency androle‑appropriate AIliteracy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.

• Support customer inquiries and provide technical insights related to product reliability.

• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the overall reliability program and influence the direction of future product development.

Qualifications And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with > 10 years or Master’s degree with > 7 years or PhD with > 5 years of relevant experience inElectrical Engineeringor related field

• Experience in Semiconductor Reliability, NAND Technology, and Electrical Failure Analysis.

• In depth background in NAND Design, Device Physics, Circuits, Process, Test, Validation.

• Strong statistical analysis, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience in leading cross functional projects and mentoring junior engineers.

• Experience with application of AI tools, LLMs , data analysis tools (e.g., Python, JMP, Tableau).
