Jobtailor is seeking a pricing analyst based in Belo Horizonte to drive pricing strategy and revenue optimization. You will analyze demand data, fleet availability, and market signals to inform pricing decisions across branches and channels.

You will maintain pricing models, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements that increase profitability. Fluency in Spanish is required, and experience with SQL/Python is valued.

Qualificações

• University degree (completed).
• Fluent Spanish (or equivalent working proficiency).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SQL databases and programming (Python/R) is desirable.
• Previous experience in pricing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to rental pricing strategies through analysis of demand data, fleet availability, competitor prices, ROIC and other indicators relevant to the business.
• Manage pricing and performance results for branches and channels by maintaining pricing system information and evaluating pricing opportunities that increase revenue.
• Ensure price positioning aligned with the market and business strategies by continuously improving pricing models to secure better profitability.
• Support correct tariff application by monitoring the registration flow, analyzing reports, and providing support to teams and branches to prevent incorrect prices from being published and used by customers across segments.
• Maximize productivity and efficiency of the pricing process through innovation and optimization of methods, processes and tools.
• Perform business analyses focused on pricing using large volumes of data, converting information into actionable insights to support company decisions.
• Propose new analytical approaches, models, automations and tools that increase productivity, deepen analyses and generate business value.
• Report progress and results to leadership and tactical forums, adapting formats and preparing materials.
