Altenar in Brazil is seeking a skilled PostgreSQL Database Engineer/DBA to join our team. You will design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, optimize performance, and ensure high availability for our iGaming platforms.

You will collaborate with developers and IT Ops on deployment, security, backups, and monitoring using Prometheus and Zabbix. The ideal candidate has at least one year of RDBMS experience, hands-on knowledge of Ansible/Terraform, SQL tuning, and strong English

Qualificações

• From one year of experience in RDBMS administration.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible/terraform for cluster deployment and management.
• Expertise in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience in supporting high-loaded systems and CI/CD.
• Experience in configuring PostgreSQL for performance patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills; good English communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Our B2B betting company is seeking a highly skilled PostgreSQL Database Engineer DBA to join our team.

The position implies working hand-by-hand with the various technical teams to build and support reliable and scalable solutions at Altenar.

The responsibility area requires a deep understanding of data structuring and experience in developing and administering PostgreSQL and some experience with MS SQL databases or Mysql.
