Job summary

SourceHub, a Shared Services Center for ScanSource Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Post Sales Operations Analyst in Curitiba to manage RMA, service orders, and post-sales activities. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales to handle multiple priorities in a hybrid work model, ensuring timely processing and accurate data.

This role supports warranty, returns, and service operations across suppliers.

Qualifications

• Advanced English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier RMA requests from initiation through resolution.
• Review and process service-related sales orders and license vouchers.
• Monitor open cases and orders daily to ensure service levels are met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to RMAs and service orders.
• Maintain accurate supplier, product, service, and eCommerce information.
• Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Supplier Services, and Sales teams to resolve issues.
• Track activities within internal systems and supplier platforms.
• Support additional suppliers and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.

We arecurrently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Post Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing Networking business. This role will manage supplier warranty and return processes (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization), service orders, and post-sales operational activities, ensuring a high level of service for partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Main responsibilities
