This onsite opportunity is ideal for an experienced software engineer who excels at building scalable backend systems while confidently contributing across the full application stack.

This position focuses on designing, developing, and deploying production-ready software for an AI-powered operations platform serving the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, strengthen platform architecture, improve production reliability, and collaborate closely with a small engineering team operating in a fast-moving product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready software across backend and frontend services.
• Own complete feature delivery from technical design through production deployment.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs with a strong emphasis on reliability and performance.
• Contribute to application architecture, cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and platform scalability.
• Improve CI/CD automation, monitoring, and production stability.

• Compensation: $96,000–$120,000 USD annually
