HireNow Staffing is seeking a Platform Systems Integration Engineer to join our client in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. You will design, develop, and deploy production-ready software for an AI-powered operations platform serving the hospitality industry, with ownership of end-to-end feature delivery.

You will strengthen platform architecture, improve production reliability, and collaborate with a small engineering team in a fast-moving product environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of professional Full-Stack Software Engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with TypeScript and Python.
• Experience building scalable distributed applications and production systems.
• Professional conversational English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within overlapping U.S. business hours.
• Must currently reside in or near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
• Authorized to work in Brazil.

This onsite opportunity is ideal for an experienced software engineer who excels at building scalable backend systems while confidently contributing across the full application stack.

This position focuses on designing, developing, and deploying production-ready software for an AI-powered operations platform serving the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, strengthen platform architecture, improve production reliability, and collaborate closely with a small engineering team operating in a fast-moving product environment.

HireNow Package

• Compensation: $96,000–$120,000 USD annually
