Jobtailor is seeking a Lead Commercial Analytics professional in São Paulo to drive performance across the multi-brand channel. You will lead analyses, identify growth levers, and translate data into practical actions to boost productivity and sustainable expansion.

You will partner with product and planning teams, develop processes and KPIs, and provide consultative support across departments to focus on results with a strategic mindset.

• Experience in omnichannel retail and commercial expansion.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously.
• Clear communication, strong organizational skills, and a sense of prioritization.
