About the company:

Our client is a fast-growing real estate media company that provides photography and digital media services to real estate professionals. They support agents with high-quality visual assets for property listings and marketing.

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Photo Editor to join their team in a part-time remote role. The position focuses on quality control of photo assets and performing end-of-day administrative tasks. This is a 20-hour per week role with potential for growth based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Download, review, and organize edited real estate photo assets.
• Perform quality control in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, including straightening, retouching, removing unwanted elements, and ensuring correct order and naming conventions.
• Upload finalized images to the delivery platform (ARIO).
• Maintain organized file systems in Google Drive
• Communicate with the team using Slack
• Assist with administrative duties related to file management and asset delivery

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Must have an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Capable of independently managing tasks and meeting deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the ARIO delivery platform or similar tools
• Experience in real estate or photo editing workflows
• Previous experience in administrative support roles

Personality:

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Proactive and capable of working independently
• Adaptable and open to evolving responsibilities

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference
• Part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week Starting at 10am EST
• Potential for growth into a full-time position based on performance and business needs
