micro1 is a data lab offering AI model training and evaluation services. We are seeking a remote Photo and Visual Editor contractor to select and refine images using Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop, ensuring captions match visuals and explaining decisions clearly.

You will review image sets for quality and consistency, providing rapid, publish-ready edits for online and brand usage. Strong written English and prior professional photo editing experience are essential.

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for

• Professional work as a photo editor, picture editor, visual editor, retoucher or photo producer.
• Daily use of professional tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop or Capture One.
• Experience delivering images to a real audience: print, web, social, broadcast or brand work.
• Comfort explaining why one image works and another doesn’t.
• Clear written English.

Remuneracao $50-105/hour (remote)
