Collinson está recrutando um Engenheiro de Software para atuar em uma plataforma cloud-native, com foco em features novas, serviços escaláveis e código de qualidade. O cargo envolve trabalhar com frontend e backend, APIs REST/GraphQL e práticas modernas de observabilidade e IaC.

Você trabalhará em um ambiente híbrido em São Paulo, com colaboração entre equipes multifuncionais, incluindo Product Managers, QAs e Engineers.

Qualificações

• Inglês avançado ou fluente (envie currículos em inglês).
• Residir em São Paulo, posição híbrida, 2 dias/semana no escritório.
• Experiência sólida com TypeScript (Node.js & React) e fundamentos de JavaScript.
• Capaz de construir e consumir APIs RESTful e GraphQL, com PostgreSQL ou MongoDB.
• Confortável com desenvolvimento na AWS, CI/CD (GitHub Actions) e Terraform.
• Familiar com Jest, cobertura de testes, manutenibilidade e segurança contra regressões.
• Proficiente em Git, familiar com Jira, Confluence e fluxos colaborativos.
• Gosta de resolver problemas de engenharia, decompor tarefas e trabalhar com ambiguidade.
• Ansioso para aprender com a equipe e crescer como engenheiro full‑stack.

Responsabilidades

• Desenhar e escrever código TypeScript limpo e confiável para frontend e backend.
• Colaborar com engenheiros, QAs, PMs e Gerentes de Engenharia para planejar, construir e liberar novas features.
• Escrever testes unitários e de integração e manter CI/CD estável para liberações seguras.
• Implantar e operar software na AWS usando infraestrutura como código (Terraform).
• Participar de revisões de código, retrospectivas e sessões de feedback para evolução profissional.
• Procurar oportunidades de melhoria de fluxo com ferramentas de IA e automação.

O que nós buscamos

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be a core member of a cross‑functional product squad, building new features and services as part of a modern, cloud‑native platform. You’ll be working with experienced engineers, Product Managers, and QAs to develop scalable, well‑tested systems using a contemporary tech stack; all in a greenfield environment. This is a hands‑on role, where you’ll spend most of your time coding, refining technical tasks, and solving real user problems through software. You’ll learn by doing, pairing with others when needed and contributing to everything from front‑end interfaces to backend services and APIs. We’re big on engineering quality; this entails end‑to‑end CI/CD, observability, infrastructure‑as‑code, and automated testing are baked into how we work. You’ll be encouraged to explore new ideas, use AI‑powered tools where helpful, and continuously sharpen your skills as an engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and write clean, reliable TypeScript code for both frontend and backend services.
• Collaborate with engineers, QAs, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers to plan, build, and release new features.
• Write unit and integration tests, and contribute to a robust CI/CD setup that ensures safe, reliable releases.
• Deploy and operate software in AWS using infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform.
• Take part in code reviews, retrospectives, and regular feedback sessions to improve as an engineer.
• Look for opportunities to improve development workflows using AI‑powered tooling and automation.

Principais responsabilidades

• Advanced or fluent English (please send resumes in English)
• Living in São Paulo, as it's a hybrid position, requiring 2 days/week at the office
• Solid experience with TypeScript (Node.js & React) and strong fundamentals in JavaScript.
• Able to build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, with experience working with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Comfortable with basic cloud development in AWS, using CI/CD pipelines (we use GitHub Actions) and tools like Terraform.
• Familiar with writing tests in Jest, and understand the importance of test coverage, maintainability, and regression safety.
• Proficient with Git and familiar with Jira, Confluence, and collaborative engineering workflows.
• You enjoy solving engineering problems and are comfortable breaking down tasks, asking questions, and working through ambiguity.
• You’re eager to learn from your teammates and grow as a full‑stack engineer, actively participating in a team committed to continuous improvement.
