General Job Description:

Under general supervision, performs the following activities:

1. Tracking and pre-alert of re-shipment of HV goods
2. Registration and setting of Spitfire vehicle locks
3. Badge registration in access control at Genetec
4. Audit of registration of driver releases at Brazil Risk
5. Manifest analysis of vehicles without trackers
6. Check-list of equipment and maintenance requests
7. Vehicle checklist (AUTOTRAC TEST) Linehaul FedEx
8. Checklist of HV operations, performing bait insertions, lock setting, registration of HV FORMs, Cyltronics Lock SMs, and control of check-in or check-out in compliance with PGR, POP Security, and application of contingencies by degree of risk in the station and partners
9. Control, receipt, and return of Ciltronics locks on Linehaul with pre-alert sending
10. Audit of PUD cargo vehicles
11. HV load audit for weekend and holiday safety planning
12. Perform periodic rounds during the day in the warehouse to identify possible losses, damages, or failures in loads
13. Periodic audit of the cargo report at the terminal to identify loads that have been stopped for too long
14. Conduct general investigations, analyze internal and external losses data, perform image searches, and register police reports
15. Interact throughout the day with concierge/supervisors
16. Support risk assessment of new routes, FedEx stations, partners, and customer operations
17. Assist in WPVP investigations
18. Provide on-site support for integration projects and security improvements
19. Handle container opening
20. Conduct anti-panic tests, fences, and FOG procedures
21. Obtain local quotes from suppliers
22. Manage crises and conflicts
23. Perform other activities as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Language: Basic English preferred

Experience: Previous experience in security, monitoring, logistics, transport operations, or related fields
