General Job Description:

Under general supervision, performs activities including:

1. Tracking and pre-alerting re-shipment of HV goods;
2. Registration and setting of Spitfire vehicle locks;
3. Badge registration in access control at Genetec;
4. Auditing driver releases registration at Brazil Risk;
5. Manifest analysis of vehicles without trackers;
6. Equipment check-list and maintenance requests;
7. Vehicle checklist (AUTOTRAC TEST) for Linehaul FedEx;
8. HV operations checklist, including bait insertions, lock setting, registration of HV FORMs, Cyltronics Lock SMs, and control of check-in/check-out, complying with PGR, POP Security, and contingency applications based on risk levels at the station and partners;
9. Control, receipt, and return of Cyltronics locks on Linehaul with pre-alerts;
10. Audit of PUD cargo vehicles;
11. HV load audit for weekend and holiday safety planning;
12. Periodic rounds in the warehouse to identify losses, damages, or failures in loads;
13. Audit of cargo reports at the terminal to identify loads stopped for extended periods;
14. Conducting investigations, analyzing internal and external losses data, searching images, and registering police reports;
15. Interacting with concierge/supervisors throughout the day;
16. Supporting risk assessment for new routes, FedEx stations, partners, and customer operations;
17. Supporting WPVP investigations;
18. On-site support for integration projects and security enhancements;
19. Container opening;
20. Anti-panic tests, fences, and FOG;
21. Obtaining local quotes from suppliers;
22. Managing crises and conflicts;
23. Performing other assigned activities.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
• Basic English preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in security, monitoring, logistics, transport operations, or related fields.
