Revolut Ltd in Brazil is seeking a People Partner to drive our HR advisory strategy. You will combine strategic insight with operational excellence to develop policies and embed culture, enabling growth and continuous learning.

You will partner with managers to advise on HR matters, lead performance discussions, ensure legal compliance, and shape world-class people operations across the Brazilian business.

Qualificações

• Experience in a regulated financial services and hyper-growth environment, like banking or fintech
• Logical and analytical thinking
• Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Extensive knowledge of local labour laws

Responsabilidades

• Being a trusted strategic advisor for your stakeholders by providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers on HR matters
• Identifying people issues and trends proactively within the business, and working together with stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions
• Optimising day-to-day HR operations, keeping employee centricity in mind
• Leading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures
• Contributing to the development of world-class HR policies

We're looking for a People Partner to drive our HR advisory strategy in Brazil. You'll bring a balance of strategic insight and operational execution to develop policies and procedures while embedding culture across the team to enable continuous growth and learning.
