Revolut is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to design and implement our risk management framework, taking a global view that aligns business strategy, risk appetite, and governance across functions.

You will monitor the firm’s risk profile, develop KRIs and reports, and translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership while strengthening risk awareness and culture throughout the company.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in risk management within financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in the design and implementation of ERM frameworks in a financial services environment (banking/payments).
• Knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape impacting risk management.
• Impressive technology and data skills to create and analyse data for meaningful risk insights.
• Fluency in English.

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to support the design and implementation of our risk management framework. You'll take a global approach that factors in business strategy, board-level risk appetite, and governance structure.

• Knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape impacting risk management
• Impressive technology and data skills to create and analyse data in order to generate meaningful business risk insights
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tooling
• Experience with crypto products
