Latitude.sh is seeking a People Operations Specialist/Payroll Specialist in Brazil to own payroll lifecycle, benefits, and employee data integrity. You’ll work with Finance, Megaport’s Global P&C/Payroll teams, and local stakeholders to ensure compliant payroll processing and accurate reporting.

As a People Operations Specialist, you will be a key owner of our core employee lifecycle processes in Brazil, with a strong focus on Payroll, Benefits, Labour Relations, Working Hours Management, and Employee Lifecycle Operations.
This role goes beyond simply executing processes. You'll be expected to understand how our People Operations work end-to-end, identify improvement areas, use data to generate insights, and leverage automation and AI to simplify and improve the employee experience and the way our People team operates.
You'll work closely with employees, managers, People team members, Finance, external providers, and global stakeholders, ensuring that our people processes are accurate, compliant, scalable, and continuously improving.
