Qualificações

The Regional People Business Partner will be the lead point of contact within the People Function for Kroll’s LATAM region, which includes Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia. This role is based in Sao Paulo or Mexico City and may have team members reporting to it.

Shape and drive the execution of regional reporting, working in partnership with Global People Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to implement global solutions, frameworks, and initiatives while maintaining local relevance. The role manages all employee relations issues in LATAM and serves as an escalation point for advice on people policies, practices, and processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute people plans and priorities aligned with Kroll’s overall people strategy.
  2. Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance on policies, conducting investigations, and counseling on performance issues.
  3. Ensure compliance with local regulations, manage HR business continuity, and mitigate regional people risks.
  4. Handle HR queries from managers and employees, enhancing the employee experience and positioning as an employer of choice.
  5. Document HR policies and standard operating procedures.
  6. Coordinate with COEs and third-party partners on transfers, relocations, mobility, and visas.
  7. Align with Centers of Excellence and regional needs to ensure consistency and relevance.
  8. Represent employee and regional needs to the People Leadership Team and organization.
  9. Foster a positive culture and engagement across the region, serving as a connector among People teams.
  10. Develop and implement local talent strategies aligned with global frameworks.
  11. Drive employee engagement initiatives at the country level.
  12. Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize HR activities.
  13. Use HR analytics to identify workforce trends and recommend solutions.
  14. Escalate concerns appropriately and advocate for the team.
  15. Support various People projects as needed.
Essential Traits
  1. Proven experience in a senior regional HR leadership role.
  2. Deep knowledge of employment legislation and labor compliance across LATAM countries.
  3. Strong people management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  4. Ability to collaborate within a global matrix organization.
  5. Excellent influencing and communication skills, simplifying complex messages.
  6. Understanding of the local talent landscape and labor market.
  7. Strategic thinking with the ability to execute in detail.
  8. Capability to lead change and influence organizational transformation.
  9. Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
  10. Good judgment and brand stewardship to protect Kroll’s reputation.
  11. Holistic organizational perspective and innovative problem-solving skills.
  12. Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, regulated environments.
  13. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant HR experience and a degree or equivalent.
  14. Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required.
