Qualificações

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
• Experience with endomarketing, internal communications, organizational culture or People & Management areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially presentations and spreadsheets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to assist employees.
• Proactive, creative and execution-oriented profile.
• Experience organizing corporate events and engagement campaigns.
• Experience developing and monitoring HR metrics.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to communication, productivity or people management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement internal communications ensuring clarity, alignment and reach of institutional messages.
