EBANX is building a global payments platform and seeks a Payroll professional to drive end-to-end payroll processes, tax calculations and monthly close. You will handle admissions, leaves, and terminations, while safeguarding data integrity across HR systems.

The role emphasizes process improvements and policy updates within the payroll area, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. A related degree and strong communication are required for success.

• Experience in payroll or HR operations is a plus.

• Full-Cycle Payroll & Tax Closing: handle end-to-end payroll processing and monthly close.
• Core Payroll Operations: manage admissions, leaves, vacations, and terminations.
• System & Data Integrity: ensure accuracy of employee data across HR platforms.
• Process Improvement & Policies: map workflows and support payroll optimization.

What your day-to-day will look like

Full-Cycle Payroll & Tax Closing: Execute the end-to-end payroll processing, calculate payroll taxes/charges (FGTS, INSS, IRRF, eSocial, DCTFWeb), and conduct the monthly accounting closing and reconciliation with Finance.

Core Payroll Operations: Execute key operational routines, including admissions, vacation management, medical/paternity/maternity leaves (afastamentos), and terminations (rescisões).

System & Data Integrity: Verify and process employee data changes, structural updates, and payroll calculations, safeguarding high data integrity across corporate HR platforms.

Process Improvement & Policies: Identify bottlenecks, map workflows, update internal policies, and support initiatives for process optimization within the payroll area.

What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields (completed or currently in progress).
• Strong proactive mindset, communication skills, and interpersonal relationship abilities.
