In the Operations team, you’ll monitor merchant performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements with data-driven insights, while supporting onboarding and cross-functional collaborations to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist onboarding and go-live process for new merchants to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with senior team members on investigations and initiatives.

In the Operations team at EBANX, you don’t just oversee processes. You ensure that every step of our solution runs accurately, efficiently, and reliably, impacting millions of transactions worldwide. What your day-to-day will look like

• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of your merchant portfolio, identifying decline patterns and opportunities for improvement across payment methods and markets;
• Supporting merchants in their day-to-day operational needs, troubleshooting issues and coordinating internally with product, fraud prevention, and other teams to drive resolutions;
• Preparing and presenting periodic performance reviews with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations;
• Assisting in the onboarding and go-live process of new merchants, ensuring technical requirements are met and the operation runs smoothly from day one;
• Collaborating with more senior team members on complex investigations and initiatives, contributing to team knowledge and shared tools.

What you need to shine in this role

• Analytical mindset — you're comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and translating numbers into clear, actionable narratives;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and merchants professionally;

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing quality or attention to detail;
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.

Bonus points if you have

• Previous experience in payments, fintechs, or SaaS companies;
• Familiarity with data tools and business intelligence platforms;
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying;
• English proficiency for merchant and internal communication;
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, or commercial teams.
