Atoms in São Paulo is seeking a payroll specialist with 4+ years of experience to lead Brazil payroll operations, including migration to ADP and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will own eSocial reporting and GL postings for payroll, collaborating with finance to maintain accurate P&L and reconciliations in a fast-growing hardware-software environment.

• 4+ years of experience in payroll and related operations.
• Deep operational expertise in Brazilian labor compliance and eSocial reporting requirements.
• Strong background in payroll accounting.
• Experience with payroll software and system integrations (ADP preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Integration & Migration: Guide and oversee the migration of payroll data to ADP, ensuring data accuracy and zero-error execution.
• Brazilian Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the subject matter expert for Brazilian government reporting (eSocial), directing what and how data is reported to maintain full regulatory compliance.
• Payroll Accounting & GL Control: Oversee GL posting logic and P&L registers for payroll, responsible for revisions, reconciliations, and financial audits.

What you’ll do

• Deep operational expertise in Brazilian labor compliance and eSocial reporting requirements.
• Strong background in payroll accounting.
• Experienced in payroll software and/or system integrations (ADP experience strongly preferred).
