Atoms is seeking a Payroll Compliance Specialist based in São Paulo to migrate payroll data to ADP, ensure Brazil's eSocial compliance, and oversee payroll accounting and GL postings.

You will collaborate with finance and operations to maintain accurate P&L registers, perform revisions, reconciliations, and support audits in a fast-growing hardware-software robotics company.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in payroll or payroll compliance.
• Deep expertise in Brazilian labor compliance and eSocial reporting requirements.
• Strong background in payroll accounting and GL posting.
• Experience with payroll software and system integrations (ADP preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Integration & Migration: Guide and oversee migration of payroll data to ADP with zero-error execution.
• Brazilian Regulatory Compliance: Serve as expert for Brazilian government reporting (eSocial).
• Payroll Accounting & GL Control: Oversee GL posting logic and P&L registers for payroll, including revisions and audits.

What you’ll do

• Integration & Migration: Guide and oversee the migration of payroll data to ADP, ensuring data accuracy and zero-error execution.
• Brazilian Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the subject matter expert for Brazilian government reporting (eSocial), directing what and how data is reported to maintain full regulatory compliance.
• Payroll Accounting & GL Control: Oversee General Ledger (GL) posting logic and P&L registers for payroll, responsible for revisions, reconciliations, and financial audits.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of overall experience
• Deep operational expertise in Brazilian labor compliance and eSocial reporting requirements.
• Strong background in payroll accounting.
• Experienced in payroll software and/or system integrations (ADP experience strongly preferred).
