Electrolux Group in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a Payments and Fraud Leader to drive LATAM payment strategy and improve the customer experience.

You will manage providers, banks, PSPs and fraud vendors, monitor KPIs, and lead cross-functional projects across payments, marketing and sales.

Based at the São Paulo office, participate in Lean initiatives and governance routines to support decisions while delivering value across the consumer journey.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in Payments, Fraud Prevention, E-commerce, Fintech, or Digital Commerce.
• Experience managing payment providers, acquirers, gateways, PSPs, issuers, and banks.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English proficiency.

Our Finance teams contribute to Electrolux purpose by providing financial expertise and business insights that support sustainable growth and innovation. Working in a dynamic, proactive, and collaborative environment, we help ensure that investments and strategic initiatives create long-term value for the business.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute the LATAM payments strategy, driving payment performance and customer experience.
• Manage payment providers, banking partners, and fraud prevention vendors, including commercial negotiations and performance monitoring.
• Monitor and improve key payment and fraud KPIs, ensuring efficient payment flows and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to payments, fraud prevention, and process improvements.
• Coordinate project roadmaps, timelines, stakeholder communication, and performance measurement.
• Identify innovative tools, technologies, and market trends that can enhance payment performance, fraud prevention, and customer experience.
• Partner with Marketing and commercial teams to develop payment campaigns that drive conversion and revenue growth.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and governance routines to support business decisions and ensure compliance.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
• Strong experience in Financial Scope: Payments, Fraud Prevention, E-commerce, Fintech, Financial Services, or Digital Commerce.
• Experience managing payment providers, acquirers, gateways, PSPs, issuers, and banking partners.
• Experience leading complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience monitoring and improving payment approval rates and fraud KPIs.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Where you’ll be

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
