BR10 Electrolux do Brasil S.A. is seeking a product-focused professional to define and manage the product roadmap across regional offices in Curitiba/PR or São Paulo/SP.

You will translate business needs into actionable product improvements and coordinate with IT, vendors, and business teams to deliver value throughout the consumer journey. The role requires experience in product management, ownership, and business analysis within Agile environments, plus English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Data & Analytics or related field.
• Experience in IT Business Partner, Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.

• Gather, translate, and prioritize business requirements into actionable product enhancements.

What you’ll do:

• Define and manage product roadmap and priorities aligned with business needs.
• Gather, translate, and prioritize business requirements into actionable product enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, vendors, and development teams.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and user satisfaction, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Ensure alignment between business strategy and digital product evolution.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, Data & Analytics or related field.
• Experience in IT Business Partner, Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, customer experience, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.

OR You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
