Job Description

As a Client Service Manager - Senior Associate, you will be responsible for daily operations, client service delivery, management, and oversight of key controls. Your responsibilities include understanding the products utilized by clients, handling inquiries, identifying service improvement opportunities, driving performance against metrics, and maintaining appropriate risk focus with front-line staff.

You will manage your team to meet financial and business objectives, partner globally with regional teams, ensure high-quality client service, and address escalations from internal and external clients. The role involves extensive reporting, executive communication, and interaction with various business partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team, providing feedback and reviewing development plans.
  • Oversee daily staffing activities, support strategic initiatives related to products and staffing, and collaborate with technical teams to implement tools and strategies.
  • Ensure team training, support, and tools are adequate for resolving client interactions effectively and efficiently.
  • Shape client service strategies and execute initiatives, working across regions and functions.
  • Manage investigation processes for customer inquiries, prioritize and distribute work, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior global managers to identify needs for technology, resources, and processes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5-6+ years of relevant experience with client-facing roles and management experience.
  • Understanding of Treasury Services products, systems, and channels.
  • Ability to partner effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Strong data analytics skills.
  • Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
