Overview

As a Payment Specialist, you will handle the flow of money between customers and the business, including processing invoices and ensuring checks are properly completed before dispatch.

Areas of Responsibility

• Review applications for errors or inconsistencies to ensure completeness.
• Handle redemptions, ensuring correct processing.
• Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices.
• Compare system reports to balances and verify entries.
• Investigate billing questions.
• Make decisions regarding account resets, redemptions, and bonus declines.
• Review account activity for fraudulent activity or anomalies.
• Assist other departments with payment-related queries.
• Investigate discrepancies in the system.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Payments Specialist.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years in college.
• Experience with USA/European gaming accounts is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts payable principles, standards, and regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
