ICON plc is seeking a Patient Compensation Lead in São Paulo to drive participant recruitment strategies for clinical trials. You will lead participant support programs, manage external partners, and work with cross-functional study teams to ensure compliant, efficient execution.

You will also oversee vendors, optimize processes, and maintain high-quality service delivery across studies, while upholding ethical recruitment practices and delivering a positive patient experience.

• Proven experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials.

• Provide direction and oversight to vendors and outsourced research partners.
• Serve as the main contact for participant support initiatives, helping to maintain consistent processes and high-quality service delivery across studies.
• Contribute to process optimization, operational excellence, and knowledge sharing related to participant support services in clinical research.

You will have solid talent acquisition and recruitment experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
