ICON plc, a leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization, is seeking a Contract Analyst II in Brazil. You will design and analyze clinical trial contracts, interpret complex data, and support innovative therapies through compliant vendor agreements.

You will review, negotiate, and manage contract terms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess risks and ensure timely deliverables while maintaining meticulous records in contract systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in contract administration or related role in pharma/clinical research.
• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and vendor agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex contracts.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel ~5%.

Responsabilidades

As a Contract Analyst II at ICON, you will design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do

You will take responsibility for contract management deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships.
• Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems.
• Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Your Profile

You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements related to clinical trials and vendor agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex contractual issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
