Job Description

Receives and checks incoming invoices for purchased parts, verifying quantity, description, and general conditions of materials and packaging.

Organizes and maintains the warehouse.

Performs picking, separation, and dispatch of parts according to instructions received from superiors.

Performs other similar tasks within the organizational environment.

Regularly reports and provides feedback to Dingli China Headquarters.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices.
• Experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of EWP parts preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Experience with import and export work, familiar with Brazilian import/export procedures.
• Goal-oriented.
