The opportunity

Ensure profitable business growth of an Operating Unit, with responsibility across multiple countries for all global Product Groups within a Business Unit. Oversee country-level operations management of the Unit.

How you'll make an impact

Implement the Hub Business Unit strategy and ensure business development in the operating unit, with full responsibility for profit and loss (P&L). Provide input to Hub Business Unit strategy. Evaluate opportunities in local markets and decide on appropriate activities in line with the strategy.

Ensure profitable growth through development of performance targets aligned with Hub Business Unit goals and oversee their achievement through regular monitoring and improvement actions.

Lead and manage the production facilities within the Operating Unit, ensuring local plans to meet targets are executed. Improve manufacturing technology and competencies in line with the strategy. Drive productivity, delivery performance, and cost optimization.

Oversee the execution of high-quality products, services, and processes. Monitor quality metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and oversee activities to enhance local execution.

Manage sales demand and growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and improve net promoter scores (NPS).

Ensure project execution aligns with schedule, quality, financial targets, and customer satisfaction.

Your Background

Professional with a bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering, with a desirable MBA.

Over 10 years of experience managing operations in Brazil, preferably also in Chile, Peru, or Colombia. Proven success in generating revenue, profitability, and execution.

Knowledge of the protection and control market in Grid Automation.

Availability to travel.

Experience leading teams in a matrix environment.

Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
