The role involves:

Daily responsibilities include:

1. Understanding client issues to develop hypotheses and design operating models aligned with objectives, incorporating concepts like future work, human + machine partnerships, analytics, ecosystems, and Gen AI.
2. Supporting clients' growth, cost reduction, and zero-based initiatives.
3. Defining organizational structures to execute business strategies.
4. Using data analysis and visualization tools to derive insights.
5. Developing business cases with financial implications tied to P&L.
6. Providing industry-informed, implementation-oriented recommendations.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in operating model strategy, including enterprise, functional, zero-based organization, or GBS/shared services.
• Consulting experience is highly desirable.
• High proficiency in English.

Bonus points:

• Having an MBA or similar graduate degree.
• Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
