Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing AMS support for Oracle EBS SCM modules (Purchasing, Inventory, and Receiving/iProcurement), ensuring system stability and SLA compliance.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents and service requests within established SLA timeframes, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Analyze and implement enhancements and minor configurations in Oracle EBS SCM to address evolving operational and business requirements.
• Coordinate and execute regression testing for Oracle EBS patches and upgrades, documenting impacts and communicating results to client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to understand requirements, communicate solution options, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of solutions, configurations, and known issues in the knowledge base to support team continuity.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and recommending Oracle EBS SCM best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in PO, INV and RI on Oracle EBS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English skills (desired).

Additional Desired Skills

• Experience working in an AMS or managed services delivery model, including familiarity with ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM integrations with adjacent modules such as Order Management, Accounts Payable, or third‑party WMS/logistics systems.
• Experience with ticketing and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms).
• Exposure to Oracle EBS R12 architecture, patch management lifecycle, and supply chain best practices.
• Knowledge of or interest in Oracle Cloud SCM equivalent modules (Purchasing Cloud, Inventory Management Cloud, Receiving) is a plus, as Peloton supports clients across both EBS and Cloud environments.
