Peloton Group seeks an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and enhancements with a focus on Brazil localization and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on OTM experience, strong logistics knowledge, and proven ability to collaborate with ERP, WMS, and tax platforms while delivering end-user training and UAT support.

• Proven experience as an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, logistics and freight management processes.
• Hands-on experience with OTM implementation, configuration and support.
• Knowledge of Brazilian tax, fiscal and regulatory requirements related to transportation.
• Experience with system integrations and requirements gathering.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into OTM functional solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules and functionalities.
• Participate in OTM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure alignment of transportation and logistics processes with business requirements.
• Support integrations between OTM and ERP, WMS, carrier, and tax platforms.
• Manage Brazil localization requirements including NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e and tax processes.
• Execute functional testing, UAT support, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Provide functional expertise for issue resolution and process improvements.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant to support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in transportation and logistics processes, as well as knowledge of Brazil localization requirements, including fiscal, tax, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into OTM functional solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules and functionalities.
• Participate in OTM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and post-go-live support projects.
• Ensure alignment of transportation and logistics processes with business and operational requirements.
• Support integrations between OTM and enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, carrier, and tax platforms.
• Manage and support Brazil localization requirements, including NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, and transportation-related tax and compliance processes.
• Execute functional testing, UAT support, and end-user training activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver effective solutions.
• Provide functional expertise and support for issue resolution, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, logistics, and freight management processes.
• Hands‑on experience with OTM implementation, configuration, and support.
• Knowledge of Brazilian tax, fiscal, and regulatory requirements related to transportation.
• Experience with system integrations and functional requirements gathering.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle ERP, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience working in global or multinational environments.
• Oracle certifications and advanced English proficiency are a plus.
