Peloton Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Oracle SCM professional to lead delivery for large clients. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle SCM and SCM Cloud, with strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

You will guide multi-year implementations, manage onshore/offshore teams, and contribute to process improvements and Peloton IP. Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in business or technology and 10+ years in Oracle SCM, including 4+ years in Fusion Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Work independently as a consultant, ensuring timely resolution and closure of support tickets.
• Lead SCM delivery for assigned clients, conduct weekly status meetings, and provide updates.
• Perform quarterly release testing, explore new features, and maintain documentation.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing with regular training sessions.
• Configure and maintain Oracle SCM modules in alignment with processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Interface with Oracle Support for issue resolution and product enhancements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to support solution design and delivery.
• Support continuous improvement by developing internal processes and Peloton IP.

This role requires a balance of client relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic thinking to ensure services are delivered efficiently and aligned with evolving client business needs.

Key Responsibilities

The consultant will work as part of a Support team where he/she needs to give support to various Supply Chain module (SCM) tickets. Specific responsibilities include:

• Work independently as a consultant, ensuring timely resolution and closure of support tickets in line with defined SLA deadlines.


• Lead SCM delivery for assigned clients, conduct weekly status meetings, and provide regular updates on ticket progress.


• Perform quarterly release testing, explore and implement new features, and maintain necessary documentation.


• Actively contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by conducting regular training sessions for team members.


• Configure and maintain Oracle Supply Chain modules in alignment with business processes.


• Collaborate closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.


• Interface with Oracle Support for critical issue resolution and to stay updated on product enhancements.


• Gather and analyze business requirements to support solution design and delivery.


• Support continuous improvement efforts by contributing to the development of internal processes and Peloton intellectual property.

Required Experience & Skills

• Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree


• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Modules (SCM)


• 4+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle SCM Cloud (Fusion).


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience with supporting/managing accounting functions in Oracle SCM, with at least Order Management, Inventory, Costing & Manufacturing and basic knowledge on other SCM modules.


• Minimum of two end to end implementation in Oracle Supply Chain Or Minimum 4+ years of Support experience.


• Ability to quickly understand and decompose Supply Chain/Financial, business, and technical concepts


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onshore/offshore model

Additional Desired Skills

• Experience in SCM and Related modules


• Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud and its related modules.


• Basic knowledge on OTBI reports, SmartView and FRS reports
