BBVA in São Paulo seeks a Middle Office Manager to oversee operational processes for Global Markets and Investment Banking. You will coordinate collateral management, onboarding of local brokers, and ensure accurate trade capture and settlement with Front/Back offices.

The role requires strong knowledge of FX, fixed income, derivatives, and hands-on experience with collateral and risk controls, plus excellent Excel and English skills; Spanish is a plus. This is an on-site role in São Paulo.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of FX, fixed income, OTC derivatives, and capital markets instruments.
• Hands-on experience with collateral management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage collateral management processes for derivative transactions with risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding of local brokers, validating documents and workflows.
• Oversee brokerage agreements for local transactions, ensuring legal and operational compliance.
• Oversee booking and control of Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs) and swaps.
• Ensure client data for active FX/derivatives contracts and monitor operating limits.
• Coordinate validation and corrections in the trading desk system.
• Ensure accurate trade capture, adjustment, and validation of trades.
• Lead pre-matching and trade validation with counterparties and internal teams.
• Drive implementation of new products, markets, and business flows with involved teams.
• Serve as liaison between Global Markets, Investment Banking & Financing, and Back Office for settlements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Prepare and monitor operational KPIs and executive reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
