Sibelco in Jarinu, Brazil, is seeking an Operator Production to monitor and operate our installations, ensuring the delivery of (semi-)finished products according to specifications.

You will follow established procedures, perform quality checks, and report non-conformities while coordinating with maintenance and weighbridge teams to sustain continuous production with strong safety discipline.

Qualificações

• Lower degree in high school or equivalent by experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Technical English – Read and comprehend.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and adjust installations per procedures.
• Service pumps, open and close taps.
• Perform quality checks and identify non-conformities.
• Maintain production data in IT systems.
• Assist maintenance activities and electricians as needed.
• Collaborate with weighbridge and bagging operators to ensure continuous production.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE.

Together, we can shape the future.Job Description:Role Purpose:Ensure the installations perform the desired operation(s) according to the existing procedures and policies as well as monitor the installations in order to guarantee the delivery of a (semi-)finished product in accordance with the specifications.Responsibilities:Handle and adjust the installations according to the existing procedures and policies.
