Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and data analysis skills (Excel proficiency required).
• High proficiency in English and Portuguese (Brazilian).

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support business decisions.
• Support Finance project activities: integration planning, SAP implementation tracking, TSA execution, and KPI monitoring.
• Develop management dashboards and performance reports for regional Finance leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements across Finance and cross-functional teams.

It is a two-year rotational programme consisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles, providing hands-on experience with real business projects and early exposure to strategic decision-making.Participants are offered a permanent contract from the start, ensuring long-term career prospects within Sibelco.
